Responsibilities
Perform Incoming Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
Update SAP System: Accurately update and post inspection results in the SAP system following each inspection.
Maintain Inspection Records: Keep detailed records of inspections and supplier reports for auditing and compliance purposes.
Manage Non-Conforming Materials: Update and post Non-Conforming Material Report (NPR) data in the system; communicate NPR findings to suppliers.
Monitor Material Movement: Administer and track the movement of non-conforming materials with suppliers to ensure resolution and compliance.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production teams to identify quality issues and recommend improvements.
Conduct Random Inspections: Perform random checks on production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
Educational Background: Diploma/SPM/SKM in any field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment; candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP transactions is advantageous.
Good oral and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia 7 English
Understanding of quality standards, requirements, and measuring tools.
