Quality Management Manager

Develop and implement quality management strategies and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and manage the quality management team to ensure effective implementation of quality programs.
Establish quality control processes and procedures to monitor and measure product and process performance.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Analyze and review product and process data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Manage and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Provide training and support to employees on quality management systems and processes.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to ensure quality requirements are met or exceeded.
Manage supplier quality management activities, including supplier evaluation and audits.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 10 years experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001.
Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
