Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Responsibilities: - Conduct cost estimation, tendering, and procurementactivities specifically for Civil, Structural, andArchitectural.
- Prepare and analyze projectcost reports, budgets, and forecast
- Evaluateand negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts related.
- Monitor project progress and ensureadherence to budgetary constraints.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, CivilEngineering, or a related field.
- Provenexperience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction .
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software andMicrosoft Excel.
- Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
- Knowledgeof local construction regulations and standardspreferred.
- Proficiency in, English, and Malay,with the ability to communicate effectively .
-Willingness to travel or relocate asrequired.
