Review contract documents, ensuring that they are clear, comprehensive, and legally sound. Familiar with pre & post contract works.Request quotation and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure favorable terms. Review and certify payment applications submitted by contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Assessing and managing variations or changes to original contract. Prepare final accounts, including the evaluation of variations, claims, and any other adjustments to the contract sum.  Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency. Assist in the tendering process by preparing and evaluating tenders, negotiating contracts, and advising on contractor selection.Assessing and prepare cost estimates for construction projects based on the project specifications and requirements.
