      Job Descriptions:-
In-charge of project tenders, inclusive coordination of tender exercise.Prepare bills of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process.Coordinate with contractors on the contract requirements prior to commencement of work. Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.To measure and verify the work done at site.Prepare and submit main contractor and sub contractor's progress claim, variations and final account.Compiling, evaluating and updating of cost analysis and cost plan. Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects ad ensuring expenses within budget.      Job Requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor.Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. More than 2 year(s) of working experience with Main Contractor.Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets and financial reports.In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.Initiative, able to work in team, willing to learn and work independently.Good communication, self-motivated and interpersonal skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.Possess own transport
