Quantity Surveyor

-Responsible for budget management and cost monitoring.-Research and analyze current market price trends -Develop technical and commercial proposal materials.-Supervise project tendering and quotation requests.-Communicate with primary contractors and vendors.-Manage monthly progress claims to the primary contractor, including variation orders and final accounts.-Perform viability assessments.-Coordinate on-site and off-site tasks with site personnel and primary contractor.-Preserve contractual documentation with primary contractors and vendors to protect company interests. -Open to all qualifications like SPM Graduates, Fresh Graduates, or individuals with experience.-Ability to think critically and swiftly -Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel.-Basic proficiency in drafting engineering letters. -General understanding of contract terms and conditions. -Knowledge of AutoCAD Software is preferred.-Language proficiency: English, Malay, and Chinese (Optional)-Candidates with a background in Data Analyst or Law are encouraged to apply.
