Job Scope for QuantitySurveyor: Supplier RateManagement:
Regularly research and evaluatecorporate rate pricing from suppliers to ensure competitive andcost-effective procurement.
Vendor RelationshipManagement:
Maintain and nurture strongrelationships with key vendors, ensuring their compliance withproject specifications and delivery timelines.
Government Project Monitoring:
Continuously monitor and identify relevant governmentprojects, assessing opportunities and aligning bids to meetregulatory and project requirements.
ClaimsManagement and Certification:
Prepare, assess,and validate contractor and subcontractor claims, ensuring accuracyand compliance with contractual terms. Manage the certificationprocess for completed works, ensuring timely approval andpayment.
Site Inspection andCoordination:
Conduct on-site visits asnecessary to assess project progress, verify compliance withproject specifications, and coordinate with on-site teams toaddress any issues.
