Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Prepareand submit budgetary estimates based on tender drawings, Bills ofQuantities for all disciplines, and costestimation.Handleprogress claims, variation orders, evaluation of claims, and otherrelated tasks.Assistin awarding contracts, reviewing contract documents, and providingrecommendations on contractorvaluations.Managepre- and post-contract activities, including monitoring materialsand construction costs, site valuation, variation orders, and finalaccounts.Supportoperational matters related to contractual issues and othercontract administrationduties.Monitorchanges to the scope of work and contract conditions, and apply forextensions of time ifnecessary.Obtainquotations from contractors and suppliers for cost assessment,analysis, and budgetingpurposes.Collaboratewith clients, consultants, suppliers, andsub-contractors.Coordinatewith the finance department regarding payment-related matters,monitor monthly cash flow projections, and provide physical reportsfor ongoing projects.Attendsite valuations, conduct site measurements, and attend regularmeetings when required.Prepareand verify payment certificates and finalize the final account ofprojects.Ensurethe ability to meet tightdeadlines.Undertakeother tasks assigned by management asnecessary.Requirement: Ensurethe ability to meet tightdeadlines.Fluencyin Bahasa Malaysia, English,and Mandarin is anadvantage.Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
