Quantity Surveyor

-Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and supplier.


-Sourcing and purchase items required in tender, monitor project costing and sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors for successful completion of Projects.


-Monitoring projects progress claims, variation order, omission works and meet the projects handover date


-Pre-tendering process includes tender evaluation, calculation of quantities, checking the materials needed, price comparison, submission of tender and tender interview (if required).


-Work closely with site team


-Knowledge in preparing cost proposals for new projects


-Knowledge in prepare quotation and prepare tender documents are an added advantage


-Knowledge in landscapes works is an added value


-Knowledge in handling site paper works (PQP, Safety, etc)

-Preferably candidate who works with Builders / Main Contractors previously and familiarize with construction contracts


-Minimum of 2 years experience in QS with construction firm


-Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application


-Possess good interpersonal communications skills, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision


-Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
