RESPONSIBILITY: Providing and assist on contract administration support.To coordinate between site and office.To monitor on machines, excavators, cranes, movementTracking on all counter weights, steel plate and tool movementTo assist on ISO (Document control).Assist in handling quotations, negotiation, and pricingAssist with all pre-contract documentationTo assist and perform any other related task assigned by the Management and Purchasing & Contract Manager REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, in Business Administration, or its equivalent qualification.Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin and Computer literate.Immediate available is highly preferred.
