Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include calculating product costs, preparing material lists, and compiling technical data and information to support our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Calculate Product Costing: Accurately determine the costs of products and materials required.Prepare Material Lists: Develop comprehensive material lists.Compile Technical Data: Gather, compile, and manage technical data and information.Cost Estimation: Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.Documentation: Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.Collaboration: Collaborate with production, installers, purchasers, sales team and other relevant internal teams to communicate on technical data compiled.Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Costing, Engineering or any related field.Excellent numerical and analytical skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Outstation is required.Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to be a part of prestigious and impactful projects.
