Prepare and submit quotation, tender and contract when requiredTaking off, preparing Bills of Quantities Negotiate with subcons & suppliersConduct & prepare cost estimates for construction projects including materials, labour & equipmentLiaise with client, suppliers & sub-contractorPrepare and issue Letter of Award for Sub-contractor worksProcess & prepare progress claim, progress report, variation order (VO), work programme, method statement, final account, PTW, material approval and others related documents.Attend project site meetings, site valuation and site visitPrepare costing comparison between supplier & estimated costAble to used microsoft office & microsoft projectHaving an experience at least 2 yearsHaving a driving licenseMale/Female are encourage to applysalary RM3,000 to RM3,500
