ResponsibilitiesIn charge of the tendering process, e.g., site visit, prepare bills of quantity, obtain quotation, pricing, etc.
Assist project team on the sample submission to client.
Prepare Bill of Quantities.
Ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate, negotiate with sub-contractors on proposed quotations to secure the best price.
Evaluate and prepare sub-contractor Interim Payment Certificate, Variation Order and prepare and settle Final Account for the sub-contractors.
Plan, manage, and coordinate project-related contractual matters in administering contractual claims such as variation orders, extension of time, loss expenses, etc.
Prepare and issue Letters of Award/contractual letters/notices/memos to sub-contractors and suppliers.
Attend site valuation, joint site measurement, site meetings, or Consultant meetings.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Consultants, Construction Team, and Sub-contractors.
Job QualificationsDegree in Civil / M&E or any related field.
Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
3-5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor.
