Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities / Whatyou'll be doing? : You'll be responsible for the financial aspectsof fast-track Interior Fit-Out Project, working closely withcommercial lead, Procurement Manager, Project Manager, clients andconsultants.Pre-tender / pre-contractsubmissions and documentation.Responsible fortender preparation and submission, spirit of a fighter to be winnerin the bidding.Attend, if necessary, chairmeetings with the client, consultant, QS, architect, supplier andsub-contractor.Preparation of progress claims,assist to prepare VO, VE and additional works quotation,finalization of accounts for Clients as well as contractors, budgetcontrol.To build up a strong and diversedatabase of trade contractors and suppliers and to maintain ahealthy rewarding relationship withthem.Source and identify potentialsub-contractor / supplier based on projectrequirement.Preserving strict confidentialitypertaining to the details of all prospective, ongoing and completedprojects of the Company, especially regarding margins and tenderedrates.Release to arrange and ensure supplierpayment on timeRequirements / What do you need to bring?: A recognizedqualification in any field with at least 2 years working experiencein Interior Quantity Surveying.A solidcommercial awareness - maintain strong client relationships,deliverquality and fully aligned to company values.Aproactive, diligent and forward-thinkingapproach.Excellent communication skills -you're someone who can get your point across in a positive, honestand constructive way.Real focus, meticulousand an organize.Enthusiastic, Diligent& Meticulous.Perks & Benefits / What's in it foryou?
