Quantity Surveyor

Duties and Responsibilities  Working days : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmResponsible for pre-tender work, including analyzing and summarizing tender scope, locating suppliers and contractors if necessary, preparing bills of quantities, pricing and submitting tender documentsResponsible for preparation of tender document and tender calculationPrepare costing and quotation for project base on bill of materials and new project requirementsEvaluate quotation from contractors and suppliersRevise cost and quotation if when required Requirement Possess a relevant diploma / bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification ( eg, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or other related fields )Ability to work independentlyComputer literate Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
