Job Responsibilities: To manage and Leadthe QS team in Pre and Post ContractAdministration.To provide ContractAdministrative and advice on all contractualmatters.To involve in post-contract of tradepackages, preparing cost comparisonanalysis.Tp produce variation order, progressclaims and settlement pf final account.Masterin a feasibility study in the raw project.Ableto calculate the cost of Engineering for projects tendering basedon the tender drawings and documents, cost estimation, bills ofquantities, material sourcing.Job Requirements : Possess at leastDiploma.Minimum 2-3 years of workingexperience.Proficient in both oral and writtenin English & BahasaMalaysia.Knowledgeable in computerapplication.Budgeting, organizational,planning, negotiation skills are required.Ableto work under pressure, independently and maintainconfidentiality.Excellent time managementskills, ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skillsand ability to multi-task.
