Quantity Surveyor

Jobscope:  -Prepare tender estimation, take off quantity and BQ and source forsuppliers . -Assist in awarding contracts and reviewing contract documents,purchasing and procurement , pursue tender. -Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including monitoringmaterials and construction costs site valuation, claim,variation orders, and final accounts. -To verify subcontractors claim andsuppliers. -Collaborate with clients, coordinate with site and sitesupervisor.  JobRequirements: -Must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Bacherlor'sdegree in Construction Field. -with interpersonal skills & negotiation skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application. -Preferably with experienced in constructionindustry.
