Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for structural steel projects based on drawings and specifications.Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ) for structural steel projects.Collaborate with site managers on schedules, method statements, and site organization related to steelworks.Draft variation orders and manage extensions of time and final accounts related to steel procurement.Implement cost control measures to keep expenditures within budget.Input and maintain accurate BOM and routing information in project management systems to facilitate efficient procurement and production processes. Requirement: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction management discipline.Strong understanding of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office suite.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
