Quantity Surveyor

Job scope:  - Prepare tender estimation, take off quantity and BQ and source for suppliers .
- Assist in awarding contracts and reviewing contract documents, purchasing and procurement , pursue tender.
- Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including monitoring materials and construction costs site valuation, claim, variation orders, and final accounts.
- To verify subcontractors claim and suppliers.
- Collaborate with clients, coordinate with site and site supervisor. 
Job Requirements: - Must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Bacherlor's degree in Construction Field.
- with interpersonal skills & negotiation skills .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application.
- Preferably with experienced in construction industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Saturday off
