Pamir Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
What you'll be doing Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents for construction projectsCarry out site measurements and manage on-site quantity surveying tasksNegotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliersMonitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to project managersEnsure compliance with relevant construction regulations and standardsAssist with the resolution of contractual and financial disputesProvide contractual advice and support to the construction teamWhat we're looking for Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction management disciplineMinimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industryStrong understanding of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office suiteGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and meet deadlinesWhat we offer
