Quantity Surveyor Manager / Contract Manager

Job Responsibility  Commit to the project schedule upon receiving the award of the particular projects for the whole functions of contract department from budgeting, sourcing, finalizing the supplier & contractors pricing, executing all the needed procurement, ensure deliveries on time & quality control.To advise suitable and effective strategies, skills and method in tender pricingPrepare pre project budget and tender documentationsMonitor all contractual record with clients and suppliers are compliant as to protect the company interest at all timesSource, negotiate and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendorsTrain & lead a team of subordinates in completing the task assigned by the Management or BODCommit to zero mistake on all costing and submit the tender as per the time specified by the client/consultant or BO.Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Interior Design Industry.Meticulousness in cost calculations and documentation.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.Benefits: Annual LeaveMedical Leave & benefitsGroup Personal Accident InsuranceMiscellaneous leaves such as compassionate leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, vaccination leaveOT (if applicable)Replacement Leave (if applicable)Hardship Claim (if applicable)Employee Relax Zone- with pool table, board & card games, punching bags, mini library, darts etc
