SUB-CONTRACTS 1. Awarding Formalisation
2. Preparation of Interim Payment Certification

Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Quantify Surveyor, Building Construction Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in pre & post-contract functions.Familiar with construction method, method of measurement and costing for kitchen/wardrobe/ID works.Able to read drawings and bill of quantitiesGood understanding of industry contractual practices and standard forms of contracts.Good communication skills, oral and written.Good analytical skills.Good Computer literacy Posses ID Background
