Quantity Surveyor (Qs)

JOB DESCRIPTION : Review and analyzethe requirement and specifications of tenderdocument.Handling pre, post contractualmatters as well as final accounts.Responsiblefor overall tendering, measurement verification and contractsadministration.Able to handle tender from A toZ including identifying suitable sub-contractor to submitquotation.Ensure all tenders are submitted ina timely manner.Able to check, prepare andsubmit progress claim accurately andtimely.Any other adhoc duties asassigned. JOBREQUIREMENT : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor'sDegree in quantity surveying or a relevantfield.A minimum of 3-4 year's experience inquantity surveying.Have a good knowledge ofconstruction materials and methods.Goodknowledge in project costing.Self-motivated,able to work independently with good interpersonal skillsCandidate who are able to start workimmediately are preferred.
