The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in their area of specialization and act as a leading technical Subject Matter Expert.Accountable for managing the project delivery program, ensuring services are delivered in line with the Clients Real Estate strategy.Utilize data effectively to drive project success.Demonstrate strong business awareness, with expertise in contractual, financial, and budget management.Lead and manage teams, ensuring high standards of project governance and corporate reporting.Deliver projects successfully, showcasing a proven track record.Manage a wide range of stakeholders, including external consultants and senior management.Oversee multi-disciplinary teams in various working environments.Operate effectively in fast-moving, dynamic, and often non-standard environments.Minimum Requirements:Extensive experience in non-assigned working environments.Strong understanding of project governance and corporate reporting standards.Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and diverse teams.Degree level qualifications in project/programme management, cost management, or similar construction-related disciplines.High level of business awareness and financial acumen.Excellent team management and leadership skills.Strong stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
