Possess at least a SPM, Professional certificate, Diploma in any field.Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role is preferred.
Job Description : (Receptionist)
Responsible for Front Desk functions and guests receptionResponsible in answering, forwarding, screening phone calls in a professional mannerDealing with email and inquiry book.Handle all incoming /outgoing documents & parcel / courierEnsure that the reception and lobby area is kept safe, compliant, and cleanPerform various administrative duties, including stationery stock inventory, monitoring cleaner duties, coordinating meeting room arrangements, filing, photocopying, etc.Assist with any other ad-hoc assignments as required by the Superior or Head of Department.Other Admin ad-hoc task
