Our client is a local listed sizable property developer, urgently looking for a HR Officer and a Receptionist to join the growing team in Hong Kong.
Job DescriptionPerform general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting/serving clients.
Assist in general routine administrative duties such as preparing and filing daily reports, arranging maintenance of office equipment, etc.
Responsible for managing and coordinating meeting room reservations.
Provide general office administrative support and handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience.
People-oriented with a pleasant personality.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with different levels of staff and guests with tact.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively under constrained resources and in a dynamic environment.
