**Responsibilities**
Greet and welcome clients, visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswering and direct incoming phone calls, attend walk-in clientsReceive and sort incoming letters and deliveries etc. and distribute themSchedule client appointments and meetingsMonitor office supplies and inventoryTo provide general administrative support and to perform ad-hoc duties when requiredPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
• **Requirements**
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any fieldNo experience/at least 1 year experience (preferred)Fluent in BM & English (both written and spoken). Ability to speak in Mandarin & Hokkien are an advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcel in Microsoft Office SuiteMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently with minimum supervision
