We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy clinic.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with patients via WhatsApp, phone, and face-to-face in the clinic.
This role requires strong English language skills, communication, organisational skills, and time management.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage your to-do list.
Liaise with patients, take bookings, send confirmations and information prior to their arrival.
Greet and welcome patients.
Register patients and take BMI measurements (if required).
Liaise with patients and doctors before and after the consultation for diagnostics and services.
Manage mobile and email communication with patients, vendors, suppliers, and labs.
Help close the sale if the doctor requires support.
Make every patient feel like a VIP.
Remind patients of appointments, available parking, and preparation for their appointment (fasting, etc.).
Make professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages to patients.
Handle customer requests and enquiries when necessary.
Update the CRM system.
Observe the working hours and be punctual at all times.
Ensure the working space is clean and tidy at all times.
Promote the clinic at every available opportunity and promote only services provided by THE ROSEWOOD CLINIC.
Requirements:
Education:Work Smart or Street Smart education is fine, but excellent English is mandatory.
Experience:2+ years of experience in a front desk role.
Healthcare experience is a benefit.
Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Attributes:High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
