Venator Asia Sdn Bhd is subsidiary of Venator Materials PLC headquarter in UK. Venator is leading chemical company focused on development and manufacture of Titanium dioxide pigments and performance additives.  We are based at Teluk Kalung Industrial Estate in Kemaman Terengganu and the only producer of Titanium Dioxide pigments in Asia region 
We are now have a vacancy for the role of Receptionist (Fixed term contract - Renewable) to be based at our KL office which is located at Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities Act as first contact for all HR and Admin related matters for KL Office.In charge of the KL office administrative tasks.Ensure all documents for administrative activities are properly documented.Assists Superior in all functions including gathering and recreational activities for KL Office In charge of updating and monitoring monthly staff attendance.Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, assisting clients in finding their way around the office.Helping maintains workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.Preparing meeting and training rooms.Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.Assisting Superior and colleagues with administrative tasks.Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. Sorting and distributing mail.Provide excellent customer service.Scheduling appointments.Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration and Secretary 
Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in all aspects of HR & Admin role.
Good command of written and spoken English & BM
Full of initiative, good analytical skills & detail oriented and able to work without direct supervision


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
