Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)
About the roleLio Capital Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team based in Desa Parkcity, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Providing administrative support, such as mail handling, filing, and data entry
Maintaining a neat and organised office area
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Office Admin
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Fresh Graduatesare welcome to apply
Fluency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) is required
