Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles for the position of Receptionist Staff at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing daily routine operations
Meeting customers and managing the sales process
Receiving payments, recording them in the system, issuing receipts and invoices
Answering customers' questions regarding hotel policies and services
Comply with our policies regarding uniform and personal hygiene
Assisting customers with room and special needs
Ensuring that the accommodation is presented in a clean and well-maintained manner
Ensuring company standards for customer service, decor and cleaning services are met
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multitask
Advanced English
