Recruiter (Apac) - Fluent In Chinese And English

About the role You will be a key member of the APAC - Malaysia team that is responsible for developing and executing on a recruitment strategy which is aligned with KKday's growth in the region.

Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practisesBe independent, resilient, adaptable to changes and drivenWork with well with internal and external stakeholders Job Responsibilities Recruitment Develop and execute hiring strategies for emerging marketsSource active and passive candidates for talent pipeliningManage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interview, offer management)Take ownership of excellent candidate experience in the recruitment process Employer Branding Champion employer branding and engagement projects to boost KKday as the preferred employer in the regionInteract with potential candidates on professional networks, alumni networks and social media
 HR Operations Facilitate all employee life cycle activities for new hires to ensure smooth transition from onboarding to offboardingManage new joiner's orientation programmeCoordinate employee engagement and welfare programsSupport ad-hoc office administative work as assigned
 We would love to hear from you if: You have Bachelor's degree from universityYou have 1-3 years of work experience in a talent acquisition position, ideally from digital/e-commerce industryYou are proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPointYou are proficient in Chinese and EnglishYou have excellent project management and stakeholder management skillsYou are a self starter who will deliver resultYou have the ability to have effective communication with teams across different offices and cultural backgroundsYou have passion for the travel industry
