Recruiter/Hr Business Partner

-Collaborate with HRBP Lead and business department head to understand staffing needs across various regions (i.e., APAC, EMEA, AMER).  


-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.   


-Utilize professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek and other platform to identify and connect with potential candidates.   


-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.   


-Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural f it, and overall suitability for the organization.   


-Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.   


-Ensure compliance with relevant global recruitment laws and regulations.

; Requirements:-


-At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including proven experience as a recruiter in the IT industry.  


-Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or a related field.   


-Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.  


-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  


-Open and enthusiastic about engaging in recruitment projects across diverse geographic regions, including APAC, EMEA, and AMER, with the ability to manage hiring processes and adapt to various regional requirements.
