Recruitment - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment)
3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; experience in agencies industry is a strong plus.
Passionate about building a career in the recruitment industry.
Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Malay.
Ability to build relationships and effective networks.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge.
Meet recruitment targets and KPIs as set by management.
A good team player with a positive attitude and great spirit of teamwork.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Mainly responsible for local contract worker hiring and recruitment activities.
Develop and implement differentiated candidate sourcing strategies.
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships with candidates and employers.
Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates, screening candidates, organizing candidate profiles, and following up/coordination with potential candidates.
Liaise and work with recruitment agencies, vendors, and schools in sourcing talents.
Responsible for compiling worker attendance, handling worker issues, and HR policies & procedures.
To improve employee attendance, boost their productivity, and establish a clear attendance policy.
Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all.
Dealing and following up on all customer invoices and all agent invoices. Update database from time to time.
Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor.
