Job role: As a Recruiter services the Key Clients, focus on contract hiring.Fulfil hiring non-technical and technical job orders.A rounded recruitment process from receiving job orders, job posting, sourcing, interviews, follow up, closure, and job Job Description: Design and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, [link removed] experience and aptitudesOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote company's reputation as "best place to work" Requirement: Have Diploma or Degree education certificate with at least 2 year work experience in recruitment - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skills
