Recruitment & Administrative Executive (Immediate Starter Preferred)This job is for a Recruitment & Administrative Executive. You will be involved in recruitment, administrative tasks, and meeting sales targets.
Salary: RM 2500 - RM 3000
Location: Mid Valley City
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job DescriptionMain Role:
Involve in recruitment process (recruit internal sales personnel with a monthly target)
Write job advertisements, call candidates, and attend at front desk
Administration includes filing, scanning, emails, and data-entry of sales reports
Close weekly sales report with zero mistakes
Meet monthly recruitment targets as set by management
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by management
Attend ad-hoc tasks as required by the Directors and managers
Job RequirementsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High sense of urgency
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to speak and write well in Mandarin & English; Bilingual
