Responsibilities:
Executing 360 recruitment cycle (Business Development and Recruitment).
Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process.
Providing consultation and solutions to clients.
Sourcing candidates' CV, filtering by interview and proposing to clients.
Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).
Maintaining relationship and active communication with clients.
Maintaining relationship with candidates after placement.
Developing talent pipelines and networking.
Good communication in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
Requirements:
Passionate about recruitment/talent acquisition/business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good team player and people management skills.
Sales/target driven, resilient, able to handle pressure.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth.
