What you will do as a Recruitment Consultant?
Understand the job requirements/expectations given by clients and match suitable candidates to interpret the client's needs well.
Develop your portfolio by proactively engaging new clients.
Manage candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process, including but not limited to screening, short-listing, interviewing, and offer management.
Build and maintain your own personal brand as a specialist in the Malaysian job market, which includes posting industry-related content on social media and attending networking events.
Achieve sales revenue targets set by the company.
