What you will do as a Recruitment Consultant?
Understanding the job requirements/expectations given from the clients and matching suitable candidates to interpret the client's needs well
Develop your portfolio by proactively engaging new clients
Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process including but not limited to screening, short-listing, interviewing, and offer management
Build and maintaining your own personal brand as a specialist in the Malaysian job market which includes posting industry related contents on social media and attending networking events
Achieve sales revenue target set by the company.
