Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
Source, identify, and screen potential candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Conduct feedback sessions and provide post-interview debriefs with candidates and clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Job Requirements:
