Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for roles.Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including preparation for interviews and salary negotiations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices. Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
