Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and build key clients under your niche/specialization (on-job-training provided)
Maintain vital relationships with your existing clients and candidates
Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities to meet Sales and KPI objectives.
Requirements:
Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in Sales environment or candidates who have no related experience but with a passion to do sales are encouraged to apply
Candidates with good working experience as a Recruitment Consultant may be considered for a Senior Consultant position.
