Contacting existing clients to check their inquiry availability
New development clients when requested by superior
Hearing the requirements/needs from the client's company
Define job description and document specifications
Evaluate resumes and applications
Assist in screening and sourcing for suitable applicants
Preparation of documents and share with clients
Internal dealings with different departments on the progress
Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
Create relationships with clients and provide advice
Any ad-hoc tasks required from the superior
Requirements
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
2 years & above working experience in a related field
Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin
Good in self-management, time management, etc.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Hybrid)
