ABOUT THIS ROLE We currently have openings across various divisions, offering the incumbent significant potential for advancement into a team lead role and the opportunity to build and lead their own team.

Key Responsibilities: Identifying potential candidates for specific job assignments.
Conducting thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications.
Presenting qualified candidate profiles to assigned clients and roles.
Managing candidate interest and tracking progress through interview stages to the offer phase.
Facilitating negotiations and managing expectations between candidates and clients.
Generating revenue by completing assignments.
Additional responsibilities include Actively promoting MVC and yourself to candidates and clients.
Continuously developing expertise and specialization within your market.
Providing recruitment strategies and market insights to clients.
Undertaking ad-hoc projects as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements We prefer immediate starters and welcome applications from experienced or senior recruiters.
Additionally, candidates should possess: Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites.
Strong administrative and research skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Timely problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong client relationships Exceptional attention to detail, organizational prowess, and time management abilities.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently and delegate tasks effectively.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
