Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.

Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
Performance Monitoring
Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
