Job Title: Recruitment Delivery Manager

Role Overview: The Recruitment Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring effective coordination with clients and internal teams, and updating key stakeholders on recruitment progress. This role is essential for delivering high-quality recruitment services, maintaining client satisfaction, and aligning recruitment goals with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding recruitment needs, processes, and updates. - Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and ensure that recruitment delivery aligns with their expectations. - Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to monitor satisfaction and address any concerns. - Manage client relationships to build trust, retain business, and identify opportunities for future engagements.
2. Internal Coordination - Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, job specifications, and candidate profiles. - Set clear priorities and timelines for recruiters to optimize efficiency and meet hiring goals. - Act as the bridge between client requirements and recruitment teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. - Regularly update internal stakeholders, including the sales and leadership teams, on the progress of recruitment projects. - Provide insights and feedback from clients to help shape recruitment strategies and improve service delivery. - Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on metrics such as time-to-hire, client satisfaction, and recruitment pipeline health. - Communicate challenges or bottlenecks to leadership promptly, along with actionable solutions.
3. Process Improvement - Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires. - Implement best practices in recruitment delivery and adapt to changing client needs or market conditions. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously enhance sourcing strategies, candidate screening and interview processes.
4. ATS Management - Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track candidate progress, manage pipelines, and streamline recruitment processes. - Ensure the recruitment team's effective use of ATS, including proper candidate documentation and compliance tracking. - Generate ATS-based reports for performance metrics, candidate insights, and process optimization. - Troubleshoot any ATS-related issues, ensuring smooth functionality for the recruitment team and stakeholders.
5. Team Leadership and Development - Provide guidance and mentorship to recruitment teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations. - Conduct regular training sessions or workshops to upskill recruitment team members, including ATS usage. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
6. Reporting and Analytics - Track key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement. - Generate weekly and monthly reports on recruitment performance, including hires, fill rates, and client feedback. - Utilize data and analytics to provide insights for decision-making and to inform recruitment strategies.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance - Ensure that all recruitment activities are in compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. - Maintain high standards of quality in recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement. - Conduct periodic audits of recruitment activities to identify and rectify any compliance or process gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years in delivery management. - Strong experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment processes. - Proven ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams, with excellent organizational skills. - Familiarity with recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
