Execute end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, CV screening, arrangement of interviews, salary negotiation and on-boarding of candidates.
Maintain effective relationship with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
Actively source for candidates via multiple channels such as job portal advertising, referrals, networking, internal database, career fairs & walk-in interviews.
Proposing the right and suitable profile to the Hiring Manager, coordinating interviews, and follow up with Hiring Managers on the interview outcome.
Maintain internal database and records to ensure up-to-date information.
Plan and organize recruitment campaigns between universities and career fair agencies as of when required.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders on manpower planning and yearly forecasting.
Mobilization of resources including tracking and monitoring of resources movement and system update.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Recruitment And Selection.
Experience in Employer Branding and Tertiary recruitment is a surplus.
Excellent in communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Candidate must be KPI-oriented and willing to work extra hours when needed.
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills in meeting deadlines.
Independent and self-resourceful with high degree of initiative.
Candidate must be willing to work in Empire City, Damansara and possess own transportation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
