We are seeking an experienced and dynamicRecruitment Leadto drive our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top-tier talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. This leadership role will oversee the daily recruitment operations while building strong partnerships with hiring managers, universities, and industry institutions to meet the growing demands of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Recruitment Team:Guide and support the recruitment team, creating effective strategies to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
Manage Recruitment Process:Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews and handling paperwork.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with business needs.
Promote Employer Brand:Lead initiatives like career fairs and university outreach to promote the company and attract high-quality candidates.
Track and Report Recruitment Data:Gather and analyze recruitment data to support reporting and improve recruitment strategies.
Handle Expatriate Recruitment:Manage the recruitment and documentation process for expatriate hires, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Improve Recruitment Strategies:Continuously review and adjust recruitment strategies to keep up with company growth and industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in technical hiring, specifically within the semiconductor or electronics industry, with a proven track record of leading recruitment teams.
Results-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, independent, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and presentation abilities, along with negotiation and team collaboration skills.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel as necessary.
