Performs full cycle of recruitment- .Build and expand new clientele base- .Take full ownership of the accounts assigned and manage the client for all areas (ie. requirements, relationship, payment)- .Formalize job description and specifications for clients based on their hiring manager needs.- .Work along with different hiring managers in different industries to ensure effectiveness of recruiting plan as well as implementation- .Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process including hiring strategies, coaching and guidance on best practices.- .- .- .- .- .
