Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support business processing and data management and ensure all job functions are carried out in a timely manner.
To prepare end to end test campaign setup, fees, and DB setup.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
Manage and update databases accurately.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure work processes are smooth.
Identify gaps in process flow, workflow, documentation, and policies.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Able to spot trends and highlight issues immediately to line manager.
Ensure all reports are completed for the day to prevent backlog processing.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of operations functions to meet quality standards for reporting, administration, and data management.
Provide operational support to stakeholders effectively.
Monitor ongoing operational projects and attend related meetings.
Proactively follow up and respond to stakeholders in emails and Microsoft Teams.
Access the company's internal systems to obtain and extract information for various scheduled and ad-hoc reports for operational needs.
Provide backup support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpretive).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to transform data into information in a report format.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiar with MS Excel functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
Ability to achieve KPIs set by management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
ANY OTHER ATTRIBUTES
Meticulous and attentive to details.
Work well under pressure.
Good team player.
Proactive.
Ability to work smart and independently in a fast-paced, deadline-centric environment.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Adheres to PDPA and clean desk policy.
No attendance and punctuality issues.
